LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage
Copperhead Agricultural Products LLC ("Manufacturer") warrants that the agricultural equipment sold under this agreement ("Product(s)") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Improper installation, operation, or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Environmental conditions
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify the Dealer or Manufacturer within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the claim.
Remedies
If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product or part. This warranty is the exclusive remedy available and replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
